Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture items are non-returnable, unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.

To request a return:

  2. Share your order number along with clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refunds usually reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the condition of the item and the nature of the issue.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without their original packaging, accessories, or supporting documents.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
If the return is approved due to an error on our part (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect product), the return shipping cost may be borne by Dudi Furniture.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been processed, manufactured, or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
